CDIN Director
Kay Aikin
Kay Aikin is a systems architect, artist, writer, and catalyst for regenerative design. Her work is dedicated to reshaping how humans belong to the living world—through innovation that centers community, nature, and lasting resilience.
Principal Consultant
Michael Oldak
Extensive experience in utility issues and regulation, especially smart grid related telecom, technology and business case issues. History of leading policy debates, managing complex litigation, and establishing outstanding relationships with key policy makers and thought leaders. Comprehensive understanding of legal, regulatory and technology issues affecting critical infrastructure industries.

Scott Foster
Led transformational change in energy at the UN including re-focusing and re-staffing the energy program. Innovation across the energy program is attracting interest and engagement from industry, finance, governments, NGOs, and academia.
